Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of services from SHAWN DANIEL WALLACE LLC ("Family Legacy Keys"). By enrolling or using our sites, you agree to these Terms.

The services

The 5-Day Content Engine Install is a one-on-one, done-with-you service in which we help you install and set up the Legacy Content Engine in your own accounts over five sessions, and grant you a license to use the engine.

Fees and billing

• A $97 application deposit applies. It is refundable only if your application is not approved. If your application is approved, it is credited toward your $1,997 fee and is non-refundable.
• The install fee is $1,997, due at enrollment. All sales are final and the $1,997 is non-refundable.
• Engine License and Care is $297 per month. It renews automatically each month and you may cancel at any time. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file until you cancel.
• Third-party tools (such as your video, image, and scheduling subscriptions) are billed directly to you by those providers and are not included in our fees.

License and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Legacy Content Engine for your own business while your License and Care subscription is active. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the engine, its skills, and our materials. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer them.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own tool accounts and their costs, for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for using the services lawfully and in line with each platform's terms.

No professional advice; no guarantees

Our services are provided to help you build content systems. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any particular income or result (see our Earnings and Results Disclaimer). Services are provided "as is."

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Termination

You may cancel recurring billing at any time. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
